Project management tools have grown rapidly in the past few years, but there are still frequent problems with Project actions and results. New tools give you more sophisticated ways of measuring and reporting and analyzing. Tools can be on your laptop, on your phone, in the cloud. Teams can collaborate without being in the same room. But, better tools don’t guarantee better results.
People still have challenges like inexperience, work overload, dislike for detail, and taking shortcuts. People still make mistakes. You may still have people on your team who don’t really care. People struggle at working with each other. The best of tools can’t cure basic people problems.
